1. Do you own a shop? If yes, where is your shop?
No, it is blogshop and we shop online like a pro

2. Can I try the clothes before I buy?
This is an online spree thus we don’t practice trying basis.

3. How big is your free size?
Free size as in average size which more suitable for those in M size. Due to different shape and sizes, the effect might differ from each individual.

4. Is the clothes look exactly as in the picture?
The colours of products shown on site may have disparity from the actual as computer display settings and the lighting conditions while the photos were taken may vary. Due to the fabric's elasticity, measurements made might have comfortable variables of +/- 2cm. We cannot guarantee that the measurements provided will fit you to the exact. We made efforts to display the colours & provide the the measurement size as accurately as possible.

5. How long does it take to get my item?
We will send out after the confirmation of the money transfer. The waiting time can be up to 4 weeks as orders usually take 3 weeks to ship. Please give us some time to deliver your orders to your doorstep

6. How is the payment like?
Deposit of half of the full amount is needed upon placing your order. Please take note that deposit is non refundable. Once I have received the stocks, please pay the remaining balance and we will send the clothes to you

7. What if the item I bought can't fit it in?
We allow exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase if the size you have ordered does not fit. However apparels with one size (free size) are not allowed for exchange. Should you wish to exchange this for other designs, you are only allowed to purchase any clothes from our blogshop with a higher value than your clothes that you wish to exchange for. Please be informed that customers have to bear the shipping costs in sending and returning of the clothes. We regret that no cash refund is allowed.

Please ask the measurement from us prior to ordering to ensure the best fit possible.

8. Can I refund or exchange the items i ordered?
Goods sold are non-refundable.
We allow exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase. Customers can only exchange for items if:
-The design, size or colour of item we delivered is not what you have ordered.
- If the size you have ordered does not fit.

Products returned must still be in original packaging and not worn or washed before. Items can only be exchanged to a different size (subject to availability) or with a higher price item with top up. Buyers will have to bear the extra delivery charges incurred during the exchange.

10. How to order from you?
Do drop us any queries and we will answer your curiosity as soon as possible. And for ordering, just email you’re your name, the order code, your address and your contact number. Upon receiving your order, we will check to ensure that the styles you ordered are in stock. We will then send you a confirmation email along with payment instructions. Upon receiving your payment, we will process your order, have the item shipped to us and then delivered to you.

Our order processing works on a pre-order system.
We collate orders on Friday of every two (2) weeks, so please ensure that you your orders reach us before these dates. If you miss the dateline, we will automatically push your order to the next batch.

11. What do you mean by pre-order for your processing?
All orders received before Friday of every two (2) weeks will be processed and sent to oversea as a batch. Orders usually take 3 weeks to ship. Therefore, customers will receive their orders by the following month!

12. When must I make payment?
Please remit payment within 5 days of receiving your confirmation email. Otherwise we have to cancel your order

13. I want to send my order as a gift, all wrapped and pretty. How do I do this?
We do wrapping service and we can also deliver the present to the designated places for those who wish to buy a gift for your sisters, friends, girlfriend(s) or your loved one. And for those guys out there who are still struggling for a surprise gifts to your girlfriend, worry not as we are here to help you as well. Pick on of the dress or top which your girlfriend likes, we will pack, wrap and deliver the gift to her before Christmas. For those who wish to add in the personal touch to the gift, there is also a little card for you to write your sweet little messages.

And all these wrapping service (wrapper paper or box, ribbon, little card and delivery) starting from RM8.

14. How long will it take for me to receive my orders?
Ideally it takes between 3-4 weeks for you to receive your order. This is because we usually order on a frequent basis from our suppliers abroad to ensure that the styles always current!

15. What is your return policy?
Since we are an online store, we do not accept returns unless the goods are damaged or are not according to order.
